Does Woźna 11 Aparthouse have its own parking lot?
Yes, we have a monitored private car park on the premises (the car park is fenced in the courtyard). Entry is possible only after prior reservation of the place. The car park is intended only for passenger cars with standard dimensions (places are too small for buses, vans, etc.). The fee is PLN 40 per hotel day (when booking directly via the website: www.wozna11.pl). Each additional hour of parking before the hotel day 2 p.m. and after its end by 11 a.m. costs PLN 10.
Can I come with children / add a bed in the room?
Yes, we provide an additional cot for children up to the age of four when booking online, selecting this service in the extras.
How do I cancel a booking?

What time can I check in / do I have to check out?
Check-in from 14:00, Check-out to 11:00. - applies to bookings made directly via the wozna11.pl website
Guests can check in at the self-service depository.
On the day of arrival at 2:00 PM Guests will receive an SMS / email with special check-in instructions and access codes. Any other arrangements should be coordinated with the property's staff prior to arrival.
What amenities are in the room?
All rooms are equipped with bathrooms with showers and work stations. The rooms have 40-inch smart LED TVs with a multimedia entertainment center. Each room is equipped with 100% blackout curtains, high-speed wireless Internet WiFi, high-class beds and anti-allergic pocket mattresses. Additionally, a welcome kit for making coffee or tea. We kindly inform you that the building does not have an elevator.
Can I bring my dog to the facility?
Yes, dogs and cats are welcome with us, and their stay is associated with additional fees.
Are bed linen and towels included in the price?
Bed linen and towels are provided for free and are included in the price of the accommodation. Beds are made-up and covered with clean hotel linen. The exchange of bed linen is possible free of charge every 7 days.
Is there an age limit for guests?
No, there is no age limit. However, there are rules for minors who must be accompanied by adult guardians in the facility. Children up to 10 years of age stay free of charge.
How much does a taxi cost from the Main Railway Station to the facility?
A taxi from the Poznań Główny railway station is approximately PLN 25.
Do I have to make reservations before arrival? If so, how can I do this?
Advance booking is required. Reservation of accommodation in our facility can be made by phone, e-mail, online. All contact details can be found on our website in the CONTACT tab.

Can we stay in the room longer than 11:00 on the day of departure?
Extension of stay and later check-out from the room until 13.00 must be agreed with the reception. This option is available for an additional fee of PLN 60.
Can I smoke in the room?
Smoking and other stimulants are strictly forbidden on the premises of the facility. Persons violating this prohibition may face financial penalties.
Is it possible to store bicycles?
Bicycles can be stored for free in front of the building, here we have stands for attaching bicycles. It is not possible to store bicycles inside the building.
